--- --- --- --- ---
A note on Nobles: They can pretty much get away with anything, except for the heinous crimes, such as witchcraft, and chaos worship.
A note on the Rich: If you're wondering why there are possibilities of paying reparations, you're looking at them.
A note on Slaves: Legally slaves are not people but property, as such most crimes involving a slave are considered crimes against property, such as a theft or vandalism. Slaves convicted of stealing themselves(ie: running away) are generaly flogged, or killed if they insist on repeatedly committing thievery.
Are you allowed a trial? Will it be Fair?: You'll probably get a trial, but don't count on it being fair. Of course this varies greatly on your social status and the kind of crime.
