Ic: With sun long set, Tivec began to search for a place to bunk down for a while. It did not take long to find the bustling homely palce know as the Raphian Refuge. Grinning, the Thief headed to the door.
Swinging it open, Tivec looked about the smoke hazed room. Spotting the bar and bartender, Tivec weaved around the tables and chairs to the large man. Leaning on the bar top, the young man watched the large moustached bartender head over his way. Beaming a great big smile at the Thief, Fred spoke up in his booming up friendly voice.
"Right, what can I get ye me friend?"
Taking his tricorner hat from his head, Tivec flashed the smile back.
"A room for the night, the cheapest one you have my good man."
The bartender let out a guffah.
"Right, five and ten shillin's then me friend."
Reaching into the pouch at his side, Tivec pulled out fifteen of the silver coins and handed them over to Fred. Taking the money, the large man handed a key over to the Thief.
"Anythin else me lad?"
Tivec nodded.
"Aye, when do you wake up around here."
Fred cocked an eyebrow at the strange question.
"Er, bout cock's crow, why?"
Tivec scratched his chin, sitll grinning in a friendly fashion.
"Any chance you or one of your employees could wake me up at the same time."
Fred let out anothe guffah.
"That's a good one laddie, like that lot is up around that time, I'll wake ye up meself."
Tivec bowed with a great flourish of his cape.
"A thousand thanks my good lord."
With that Tivec swept up the stairs to the rooms, leaving a heartily laughing Fred behind him. After a while, Tivec came to his room and unlocked it.
In side was no larger then a walk-in closet, with a bet, nightstand and chamber pot being the only furnishings. Shrugging, Tivec locked the door behind him and began pulling of his clothing until he was in his long johns.
Hopping into the bed, Tivec wrapped the rough cotton blanket and fell asleep not mush later. It was only around nine at night, but the Thief wanted to be ready for his hit tommorow.
